TOPS

TOPS Overview

The Rockville Centre Soccer Club runs a program for children with special needs called TOP Soccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer). The object of our program is to offer children with special needs an opportunity to participate in soccer.

TOP soccer is a community based program organized by youth soccer association volunteers for all athletes with intellectual, emotional and/or physical disabilities who cannot participate in our intramurals or travel programs.

We try to provide soccer opportunities for players to develop at their own pace in a safe, fun and supportive inclusive environment where we welcome players from anywhere.

Registration

Rockville Centre Soccer Club is affiliated with the Long Island Soccer League and Eastern New York State Soccer Association.  Athletes must register with Rockville Centre Soccer Club in order to participate.

Due to the generosity of the Rockville Centre Soccer Club we are able to offer this program without any cost to the athlete and parents.

Uniform Information

Rockville Centre Soccer Club will provide a uniform (shirts) but we ask that the players provide their own shorts, socks, cleats or sneakers and shin guards.
